Testimonials
Dale,
Brenda and I want to thank you formally for the excellent job you and your staff did on our new deck with the outdoor fireplace.
We know it is not easy coming in behind another contractor who has made a royal mess and then run off without finishing the job or correcting the major defects he created. Your emphasis on quality work, attention to detail, frequent communication, dependability, honesty, and professionalism are refreshing and very much appreciated.
Please feel free to show this letter to any prospective customer. Brenda and I will be happy to give a reference for you to anyone who wants to contact us. Next time our house needs painting, we will certainly be giving you a call.
Dear Dale,
As you know, the damage that we discovered on the inside of our house on the chimney turned out to be an even bigger problem than we feared. The chimney was improperly built from the beginning. I wasn't about to go on the roof to locate the cause, and I would not have been much help if I did. From our previous dealings, I knew that you would locate the problem and correct it properly. It was very comforting to Judy and me to know that you could be absolutely trusted from start to finish to do the job right. When both the outside construction and the inside refinishing were more complicated than we had originally thought, you did what was necessary to put it right. Judy particularly appreciated the great care that your inside workers did in keeping the mess down to an absolute minimum. Rest assured that you will have all of our maintenance and repair business and that we will recommend you to everyone we meet.
First of all Richard (Red) McFalls and Bobby Foss probably saved my wife's life while on the job at out house. More on that later.
I went through a long process in selecting a painter for my house in Bent tree. My house, as you know, is a challenge for anyone to work on. Eventually I selected you based on the completeness and thoroughness of your presentation as well as a reasonable, although not lowest, price.
You did a lot of talking about how good you were and the methods you use. Most times I find this is just a lot of talk when it comes time to perform.
Simply said, Red and Bobby were the best, most thorough and nicest men I have ever encountered in a job situation like this. I am a perfectionist when it comes to repair and painting and these guys surpassed and even blew away what I was expecting. They worked hard, smart and efficiently. This job was done 100+% to my expectations.
I would be more than happy to recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.
When I read your book of letters from satisfied customers, I said to myself that these are the good ones or from people who did not really know painting. I was wrong. They were real and correct
Now to Red and Bobby
On May 29,2008 about 4 p.m., my wife fell in our yard while looking for our dog. She broke her fibula and tibia in her left leg. I was in Atlanta and was planning to have dinner with my son, since Marilyn had art class that evening and would not be back until 8:30 p.m. She also did not have her cell phone in her possession. Her calls were answered by Red and Bobby, who promptly called 911 and the front gate. They stayed with Marilyn until the EMTs loaded her in the ambulance. Had they not been on site and so caring, Marilyn would have been in our yard from 4p.m. until I returned at 8:30p.m.or so.
Red and Bobby called my cell as well and I returned to meet her in the Emergency Room. I called Red several times to check on her progress. For a week or so that they were still on the job, they inquired about her situation and gave us help with loading the wheel chair and other related things.
A job more than well done.
